Week 7- Feb 5th, 2015 Cape Verde- first area assignment- Sal

Hello from Cape Verde,
We just wanted you to know that your son arrived here safely – finally. We have been very anxious for this group to get here and I am sure you were too. What an adventure they have been on! But they are here and all doing well. Unfortunately because of their late arrival they did not have the time to write an email. We were just able to give them a quick orientation and send them to bed. Some will be leaving very early in the morning to get to their first assignments. (Those tickets had been bought assuming they would arrive yesterday.) But they have all been assigned excellent trainers who will catch them up on things. And we will actually be traveling to all the islands in the next week and a half to do Zone Conferences, so we will be able to check on each of them. Attached is a picture of Elder McMullin pointing to where he has been assigned with his companion.
